Let’s make strawberry daifuku


材料

Materials

餅粉

100g

上白糖

20g

100-120cc

白あんまたあんこ

150g

イチゴ

4個

Approximately enough for 4pieces

Glutinous rice flour

100g

Granulated sugar

20g

Water

100-120cc

White bean or Red bean paste

150g

Strawberries

4 pieces


餅粉と上白糖・粉砂糖と水をボールに入れ、よくかき混ぜる。

Combine glutinous rice flour, granulated sugar or powder sugar, and water in a bowl and mix thoroughly.


蒸す間に、イチゴのヘタをとり、あんで包む。

Remove the stems from the strawberries and wrap them in red bean paste while steaming.


蒸し器に入れて3分ほど蒸します。

Place in the steamer and steam for 3minutes.


いったん取り出し、ヘラで混ぜます。

First, remove it and mix it with a spatula.


再び蒸し器に入れて2分ほど蒸します。

Steam again in a steamer for about 2 minutes.


蒸せたら、ボールにうつし、しゃもじですばやくこね、粘りを出して整える。

Once steamed, transfer the mixture into a bowl and quickly knead it with a spatula to bring out the stickiness and shape it neatly.
