I would like to share you an easy making homemade spicy ramen at home.
Preparation
A mixing bowl
A small saucepan with cover
A pot of hot water about 1 liter of water
A bow of icy water
A ramen bowl
A pair of chopsticks
knife & chopping board
Ingredients
Pork/chicken or any meat is fine - 50g
If you are vegan please replace with hard tofu.
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Spring onion for garnishing.
Seasoning
Soys sauce - 1 tablespoon
Mirin/Sake and cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
Oyster sauce -1 teaspoon
Spicy chili oil/Ra-yu Japanese spicy sesame oil according to your spicy level!
Dry red chili or chili powder is fine too.
Sesame oil/dressing
For noodles
1-2 person portion
Bread flour 100g - ½ cup + 2 tbsp
salt
warm water
