Making tempura is easy without worry of not getting tempura flour. You can make it with just plain flour or all purpose flour.
All you need is cold water, a pinch of salt and mix it with the flour.
Please do not over mix it, gently mix it into the cold water.
Recipe
One egg
100ml of cold water
100gm of flour
A pinch of salt
Break an egg into the bowl, add in the cold water.
Whisk it together with the cold water.
Add in flour and gentle mix into the water.
Do not over mix.
Dip in your favorite vegetable to fry
180-190C of oil
